Job Description

  • Handle all accounts of the company and ensure high CSAT
  • Give a great experience to customers and ensure the deliverables are met
  • Help customers navigate through the product and manage issues
  • Deliver Renewals and upsell
  • Work with Founders to set up the function

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience into Customer Success roles
  • SAAS experience is a must
  • Open to work during US shift
  • Proven track record as a CSM
